Getting Ready for Lent: The Daring Way

At Camp Allen with 200 Episcopal deacons, priests, and bishops from all over the country for the Daring Way Conference with Brene Brown.  
The theme is:
Show up. 
Be seen. 
Live brave. 
Learning how to be more fully the priest God called me and calls me to be. 
I’ll admit:  I wasn’t enthusiastic about coming, but if I’ve learned anything about walking with God is that that which I least look forward to doing may be the very place God is most present. 
There may be no better way and place to prepare for Lent.
